If your loved one passes away in any setting other than an established healthcare facility, please contact emergency personnel first before requesting our services so they can take them into their care.

We understand this is a heartbreaking and confusing time. Similarly, if the deceased was under medical care with a physician, you'll want to reach out to them too. Should there be some uncertainty along the way regarding what needs to happen or which paperwork should be obtained - we're here for you; ready to provide guidance every step of the way during this difficult period as best we can.

WITHIN A FEW DAYS

Close friends and family should be informed of your loved one's passing. You can ask a family member or friend you can trust for assistance because this can be a challenging and overwhelming time.

Reviewing your loved one's pre-planned funeral arrangements and scheduling a meeting with a funeral director to organize their service is equally important. If your loved one didn't make funeral arrangements in advance, you can start by thinking about some of the more significant decisions you need to make, including but not limited to:

• Burial or cremation
• Type of casket or urn
• For a burial, location of their final resting place in grave or mausoleum
• For a cremation, location of their final resting place through burial or scattering
• Service types, such as a viewing, service, graveside memorial, etc.
• Any religious services, such as clergy or spiritual leaders

We'll show you our general price list when you meet with one of our staff members to start preparing the funeral so you have a rough idea of how much our service will cost. Then, in order to better understand your loved one and plan services to celebrate their life, we will speak with you about them.
